Lotus Blue餐吧是一家国际性的时尚夜场。受到比利时作家埃尔热的《丁丁历险记》的启发，Lotus Blue的装修和配饰改变了中国的传统符号：东方的元素，西方的处理方法，相得益彰，暧昧奢华。身为2005年北京十大时尚酒吧之一，兰莲花更丛服务内容上赢得了客人的青睐。泰国清迈厨师亲自烹调的泰北料理成为泰国大使馆，爱尔兰大使馆，希腊大使馆，德国大使馆，北京东方君悦酒店，雅虎中国和奥美广告公司等机构的Party的亮点。与国际同步的鸡尾酒更吸引着喜欢冒险的时尚人群。周一到周四都有国际乐队现场演出，周末还有意大利和法国的驻场地D.J.打碟，曲风以House为主。

Located in the heart of the Lotus Market (Lotus Lane), at the very least you get a new angle to Qianhai, part of Shichahai, a group of three connecting lakes forming the hip new bar & restaurant district in a traditional Beijing city landscape. Spread over three floors, it’s as spacious as it gets around here in Lotus Blue. A little kitschy, Lotus Blue is furnished with a burnished gold bar counter, massive birdcages, hard wood furniture and wrought iron chandeliers. In fact, the name is inspired by Tintin.

Upstairs, the colorful drapes in the compartmentalized second floor might remind you of Tintin’s story in China a bit, but please don’t start letting your imagination run wild…you will be sitting around a beautiful table and eating…at the most…drinking their special cocktails.

The food, just like the décor, is what Robert Zhu, the owner, calls “Asian fusion”. An East meets East kind of scenario as Chinese, Thai and Southeast Asian are “fused” together.Roasted Duck in Curry, Minced Pork Toast, Thai Fish Cake are some of the specialties. Other popular appetizers and main courses such as pork or beef satay or the quintessential Thai green curry are also on the menu.

A collection of the classic or hip new cocktails is ready to be shaken, stirred or muddled. If you are in the right mood go for Tintin’s Adventures, a set of ten test tube cocktails. If you finished the ten in one move and still standing, you win a Tintin T-shirt.
