The chefs of Lotus Blue are from Chiangmai, Thailand. They are brother and sister. Brother’s name is Pongsakorn, sister’s name is Sirirat. Even though they grew up in the kitchen with their mother helping the family’s century old restaurant, they are still a little bit shy to see strangers. However, the dishes they presented are outstandingly delicious.
You should try the barbecues and Thai snacks, such as satay and fish cakes, they are especially good with drinks. All the dishes served here are catered to local pallet while keeping the authenticity of Thai food. |
