Lotus Blue里见到来自泰国清迈的厨师,是很温和的兄妹,哥哥叫Pongsakorn, 妹妹叫Sirirat,与人打招呼时,微微带点儿害羞,他们从小就和妈妈在厨房里长大,家族经营的泰式料理是百年老店,长期耳濡目染下,手艺可想而知。

他们料理的各式泰国风味菜,特别是泰式烧烤和下酒菜,比如串起的沙嗲肉串、鱼饼,色香俱全.其它泰国特色菜也遵循泰餐采用天然新鲜作料的原则,并因地制宜有所改良,味道并不浓辣,适合大多数人的口味。

The chefs of Lotus Blue are from Chiangmai, Thailand. They are brother and sister. Brother’s name is Pongsakorn, sister’s name is Sirirat. Even though they grew up in the kitchen with their mother helping the family’s century old restaurant, they are still a little bit shy to see strangers. However, the dishes they presented are outstandingly delicious.

You should try the barbecues and Thai snacks, such as satay and fish cakes, they are especially good with drinks. All the dishes served here are catered to local pallet while keeping the authenticity of Thai food.
